Fairies Wear Boots is a song by the English heavy metal band Black Sabbath. It was released in 1970 as the eighth and final track on the band's second album Paranoid. The intro to the song was titled "Jack The Stripper" in North America releases of the album.

The song came about when an incident occurred where Geezer and Ozzy were smoking cannabis and saw fairies in boots running around a park, but the most known story around the song was that the band got attacked by skinheads (the skinheads being the fairies in the song), but it's been proven to not be true.

"Fairies Wear Boots" was a staple throughout the band's early years, with few concerts between 1970 and 1972 excluding the song. After this, the song was mostly dropped with only one 1973 performance being witnessed. After a very small number of performances in 1977, the song would return for the majority of concerts in 1978, though the song was not guaranteed to be performed that year. After this, the song wouldn't return to the setlist until Ozzy and Bill rejoined the band in 1977, after which the song would be a permanent setlist fixture most years the band toured until their breakup in 2017. The exception to this was the 2001 tour, with the song being played at the year's first two concerts before being dropped. 434 performances of Fairies Wear Boots are currently known to have occurred.
